- Set a wok on medium heat. Add some oil.add Ginger and chilli paste and saute it for 5 min. Add tomato and bottle gourd puree. Add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saute for 5 minutes. Add garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes. Now add boiled paneer, corn and capsicum. Mix well. Add kasuri methi and mix it. Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 min. Lastly add fresh cream. Mix well. It's ready. Garnish with coriander..
- Now comes to butter naan. Take the dough which we prepared. Make small balls from dough. Cover with same cotton cloth. Take one bowl and roll it in oval shape..
- Heat a tawa or roti pan... Roast both the sides.. one side direct with the flame. Now take it out in plate. Add some butter and garnish with coriander or black sesame seeds (optional)..
