- Dust flour on a working surface and roll them into ovals or circles and take care not to roll them too thin.put some water on it..now transfer it on tawa.it will stick on tawa.. so that you can flip tawa well.. (high flame...).
- When bubbles come out filp tawa on flame side.. cook the other side on direct gas flame...
- Now put ghee or butter.
