  2. Now in a pot add water, potato and boil potato...after potato is boil peel it... Then mash it and add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, zeera powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, green chilli and coriander leaves mix it properly.....
  3. Now divide dough into 2 parts...then take 1 part and roll it with rolling pin and make a round shape.. Then in the center of dough add potato mixture and make pleats and seal it... Then press gently to spread the dough (with hands)... Then on the upper side put some coriander leaves and brush water....
  4. Now heat tawa and put (water side) naan on tawa... And cook. Turn tawa on cook upper side on the flame until upper side is cooked and beautiful color comes out... Then on the upper surface apply butter and serve it with raita.....
