- Now brush good amount of salty water (Salt + Water mixture) on one side of the naan..
- Set the gas flame to low and transfer the naan to tawa with it's wet side facing tawa so that it sticks to tawa. Add some chopped coriander and roasted seasame seeds on the top.of naan and very gently press it once..

- Cover and cook for 1 minutes at slow flame or until you see some bubbles..
- Now uncover the naan and cook until bubbles appears..
- Now take the tawa off flame and increase the flame to high. Invert the tawa and rotate the naan over flame. You will see bubbles developing on naan. Once the naan attains a golden colour it's face towards the flame, upright the tawa and take the naan out with the help of a splatter..
