- {Get 1 spoon of ajvaein.

There are different variations of Naan and. Heat should be medium and not high. Cook it for a minute or until you see bubbles coming up. Now on the one side of naan roti, place a layer of water to get stick on tawa.

- Take maida in a bowl and add into ajwain.mix well..
- After that add curd and water make dough..
- After that add salt and mix it well..
- When the dough is ready left it for 10 min..
- After 10 min with make it balls and spread it with it hand and water..
- After that 1 side wet it and spread on twa.and other side heat it.bcoz 1 side this chpatti heated on twa..
- It's look like tandoori naan.serve it with chole and salid.it's very delicious. (I also uploaded tandoori Roti on twa. We use same process to heat naan.i uploaded there most of pictures with step.You should also check.).
Now gently place the water coated side on "preheated tawa" or pan. Keep the temperature medium to avoid dark color on naan backside. Naan will start to rise in few seconds. Now to prepare the naan, heat a tawa over medium flame. Now using hands, apply little water on the top part of the rolled triangle and place the naan on the tawa.
